Yoga Teacher Training at Source Yoga
Complete all 3 levels for 200 hour certification.
Teacher Training Level III begins January 20th 2013 for 10 days 8:30am - 4:30pm ($933.00).Next 3 levels for 200 hour certification will be running as follows:
Level I April 12 - 21
Level II June 21 - 30
Level III August 23 - Sept 1
Classes run from from 8:30am - 4:30pm
This 200 hour foundational Yoga Teacher Training covers a wide spectrum of subjects intended to prepare you to teach different styles of yoga at a high level. We believe that a variety of Yoga styles offers the best perspective to recognize the benefits of each. Just as we can see ourselves more clearly through relationship, we deepen our practice by exploring the various ways of achieving the state of Yoga. Practices range from Restorative to Alignment based, and from Slow to Vigorous Flows, and culminate in the knowledge of Yoga for the Chakras.
This course teaches intelligent sequencing, the art of placing postures in a specific order to achieve the optimum overall benefit and balance form your classes. It teaches the physical and psycho/emotional benefits of each pose to empower the teacher to confidently design classes that achieve both their intended purpose and potential.

This session runs from 8:30am - 4:30pm. and takes Sundays off.
Tuition $2799 plus GST for 200hrs certification.

- Intro to Tantra (Yoga Philosophy)

500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Dates:

500hr Teacher Training Certification 2013
- Level I June 7 - 16th.
- Level II Sept 6 - 17th.
- Level III Dec 6 - 17th.
$933.00 plus GST per level.
This program runs from 8:30am. - 4:30pm constituting 230hrs.
The remaining 70 hours are comprised of:
- Teaching Classes/Performing Body Work (30 hrs.)
- Essay Writing (3 essays - 15hrs)
- Attending additional Workshops (15hrs.)
- Home Practice Journal (10hrs)
*Students must complete the 200hr. certification to take this.
